Rewrite everything to AF5, using the OpenRewrite script. Furthermore, some modules have been dropped entirely in favor of the examples modules in Axon Framework itself. Those that have been dropped are documented as such.

This pull request migrates the entirety of this project to Axon Framework 5.
The rewrite was done through our OpenRewrite script, in combination with the skill we have for migration (which can be found here).
Additionally, some modules have been dropped entirely from this project, in favor of the dedicated examples directory that's now part of Axon Framework.
The modules that have a replacement there are:
Lastly, the Saga module has been removed entirely, in favor of the Workflow module that's already been added to this repository.
