Pull request overview
Updates the MVCR (Ministerstvo vnitra ČR) document validation client to use the currently documented XML validation endpoint, replacing a previously hard-coded URL that is no longer functional.
Changes:
- Replaced the validation base URL with
https://mv.gov.cz/app/nd/xml - Added an inline reference to the official MV documentation page for the XML endpoint
