Plane 4.7.1 default configuration regression

There seems to be some 4.7.1-related regression in the selection of default parameters, leading to non-functional builds. As the master (4.8) builds do not have this issue it looks like an unintentional regression.
The issue is -for example- with Kakute or Matek FCs:
