Publish in Open VSX Registry

Unfortunatly the default VSCode extensions registry is closed down by microsoft so that it can't be used by anyone else. So you can't use this package from a fork or custom build from VSCode.

Describe the solution you'd like

There is an open extensions registry called Open VSX. Publishing this package there would allow other projects to use the large community of VSCode extensions.
There is a wiki on how to publish extensions in the Open VSX registry here.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The alternative is that people have to use VSCode published by microsoft or they would need to manually clone and build the extension every tim to use it.

Edit: I have seen this message about Arcensoth. I am sorry for that. So this would be an issue for anyone who may fork this project.

My own copycat (AdamRaichu/vscode-minecraft-lang) is an active fork. I have not published anything to Open VSX but I can do that at some point later.

Edit: I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote this comment. That repo is a fork of something else. I am sorry for misleading people.
