after_tag_verify.sh: false FAIL on the native publish step #273

scripts/after_tag_verify.sh reports a false FAIL publish job or its upload step did not succeed with PACKAGE=native.

It looks for a step named Publish to PyPI in the publish job. release-jvm.yml names that step, release-native.yml does not, so GitHub shows the upload step as Run pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish@... and the step column comes back empty. For the 26.11.1 native run (42055597568) the job and the upload step both concluded success, the four wheels on PyPI matched the workflow artifacts by sha256, and the fresh-environment smoke runs passed, so this is the script, not the release.

Fix: match either step name. I checked the new selector against the real jvm and native runs of 26.11.1, and both give success.
