Make collections follow the compact clipboard list layout: remove the redundant page heading, place creation at the lower right, and support collection pins scoped to the foreground application. Text records can be added to an existing collection or saved as a new collection; multiple selected records open an editable, reorderable collection editor, and a successful save opens the resulting collection.
Preserve the original clipboard search, selection order, and scroll position when cancelling. Keep existing collection entries intact when appending, reject stale versions and capacity overflow, and align native IPC plus preview behavior. Pin core/protocol dependencies to their merged main commits.
Validation: workspace cargo check and rustfmt passed; six scoped native collection-store tests and the IPC contract check passed; Svelte check reported zero errors/warnings. Seven browser regression cases were added, and the corresponding flows were exercised in the in-app browser across light/dark themes and narrow width. Standalone cargo metadata --locked validates the updated lockfile. Native cross-app paste and cross-device synchronization have not been exercised end-to-end.
