Update the shared core revision and explicitly initialize the new edge displacement fields to zero in existing mobile v1 control-session events. The mobile control protocol continues rejecting newer gesture formats; this keeps desktop v4 metadata from widening that API.
Validation: workspace all-target compilation and strict Clippy pass. Depends on ArcRelayProject/arcrelay-core#8.
