What: Use C-backed bytes.translate() and bytes.find() for yEnc decoding instead of byte-by-byte iteration in Python. Why: Python-level loops over bytes are slow. Using C-backed built-in methods significantly speeds up yEnc body decoding. Impact: Expected performance improvement is ~3.5x faster yEnc decoding.
