Drop the hard-coded assignee and call the shared Workflows autoassign workflow, which now falls back to the AUTO_ASSIGNEE organization variable. Run on pull_request_target so assignment also works on fork-submitted PRs; the workflow never checks out PR code.

Adds the official My Home Assistant buttons to steps that send readers to a Home Assistant screen: HACS installs, adding an integration, opening an integration, apps, blueprints, restarts, and Settings and Tools pages. 356 badge buttons on 114 pages (was 61 on 32); existing badges moved to current redirect names; STYLE_GUIDE.md gains a My Home Assistant buttons section.
