Aligns the community files of this repository with the organization defaults kept in
AntelopeJS/.github, so that tools and agents that read the repository see the same forms and templates GitHub shows on the web interface:.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/: the organization bug and feature forms and theirconfig.ymlreplace the outdated templates (or are added)..github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.mdandCONTRIBUTING.md: organization versions..github/workflows/stale.yml: the same stale-issue workflow as the other repositories, where it was missing.CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md/SECURITY.md: local copies removed where present; they were an older revision of the organization files, which GitHub keeps applying as defaults.No code change.
