build(deps): bound helia-edge below 0.8 #72
Description
Objective
Bound the helia-edge requirement below 0.8: helia-edge>=0.6.0,<0.8. helia-edge 0.8 removes APIs (the deprecated converters and interpreters, export recipes and the exporter registry), so an unbounded requirement would let a fresh install resolve to a release this package was not tested with.
Scope
pyproject.toml (the one requirement) and the matching specifier in uv.lock; no code or behavior change. The lower bound is unchanged.
Plan
Edit the requirement, run uv lock and check the lock diff changes only the helia-edge specifier, run the test suite, then one PR (Refs this issue) and one CI cycle.

pyproject.tomland itsuv.lockspecifier; the lock check fails before and passes after; the locked environment's tests pass. Remaining: one CI cycle, then merge.build(deps): bound helia-edge below 0.8 (#73)
