Add actual ACT SIM preview, linked results, project architecture and a learning guide. Keep team attribution, evaluation conditions and historical hardware configurations distinct. Preserve runtime sources, models, datasets and the existing working branch. Validation: 251 relative links/anchors; 33 offline Python research tests on Python 3.12.
Keep the Mermaid source and publish a readable PNG of the same system. Validation: 255 relative links and anchors; runtime sources unchanged.

DAPIER 저장소를 처음 읽는 사람이 SWEEPICK의 실제 동작, 개인 담당 영역, 공동 실험 결과와 코드·학습 자료를 바로 찾을 수 있도록 문서 15개와 공개 미디어·출처 파일을 정리했습니다.
검증: 상대 링크·앵커 255개 통과, 기존 연구 테스트 33개 통과, GitHub 실제 렌더링에서 GIF·표·교육 안내·구성도 확인. 런타임·모델·보정·데이터·기존 작업 브랜치는 변경하지 않았습니다. 실물 장치나 전체 시뮬레이션을 새로 실행한 작업은 아닙니다.
