- Pipeline map added: what utilities exist, what each does, how they chain
- 4 undocumented scripts documented (stale command refs: 0)
- Gates: pytest 500 passed / 3 skipped; ruff 3 pre-existing
…DO round-2 entry - scripts/README.md now names all 24 on-disk scripts (was 20); added an ingest -> transcribe -> captions -> speakers -> journal-v2-maintenance -> pages/translation pipeline map at the top. - Verified: every scripts/*.py referenced in Makefile, docs/*.md, and scripts/README.md exists on disk; zero stale command references. - TODO.md: recorded this round-2 agent-ergonomics pass with acceptance lines.
