Who can develop a website or mobile app in Baku? EXCLAMATION is a full-cycle software studio in Baku working since 2019. We cover websites, online stores, CRM/ERP systems, iOS and Android apps, bots and AI integrations with one team and one contract.
Do you work with clients outside Azerbaijan? Yes. We take remote projects and work in English. Baku is UTC+4, which gives a full working-day overlap with Europe — unlike contractors in South and East Asia.
Do you subcontract for other agencies? Yes. We work as a white-label development team for agencies that are at capacity.
How long does a project take? Landing page 3–5 days, corporate site 1–2 weeks, online store 2–4 weeks, CRM/ERP 2–4 weeks, complex platform 1–2 months. First working version of an MVP in 7–14 days.
How much does it cost? There is no fixed price list — a "website" can mean a one-week job or a six-month platform. Estimation takes 3–5 days and is free; the quote is broken down by stage and does not change once agreed.
Who owns the code? You do. The repository sits in your account from the first day of the project.
What if something breaks after launch? Three months of warranty is included. After that we offer support packages: monitoring, bug fixes, scheduled updates and roadmap development.
