Leave screen space available when a run starts. Load the first snapshot for the status button, and refresh it when `/band` opens the pane. Co-Authored-By: Codex <noreply@openai.com>

Keep the agents pane closed when a run starts. The startup hook still loads the initial snapshot so the button can show current agent status. Pressing the button or running
/bandopens the pane and refreshes it.Update the mod documentation to describe the closed-on-start behavior.
