- Make config.json optional; support TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN/TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID env
- Add *-file options for agenix/sops-nix (CLI, env, config, HM module)
- Add --proxy/--no-proxy/Proxy config; document HTTPS_PROXY support
- Stop leaking the bot token in error messages
- Update deps (reqwest 0.13, clap 4.6, ...), MSRV 1.88, rustls+ring
- Stream uploads, dedupe send code, add CI, bump to 0.2.0
