I have personally never heard of Sber Devices before and can not find seem to find independently verifiable information about that company, however it looks like the Zigbee2MQTT have Zigbee device handlers for many "Sber" devices in zigbee-herdsman-converters, but unsure if those are from the same company? Only things I could find quickly without dgging is that "Sber Devices" (a.k.a. SalyutDevices and formerly SDevices) appers to be a devision or dotter company of Sberbank Bank in Russia and part of Sberbank Smart Home ecosystem)

Ping @TheJulianJES as new submitters probably needs to be raised within the Open Home Foundation regardless for approval processing, and this might be a special case because JSC Sberbank is 50% owned by the Russian Federation (Russia the country) who many boycott now.
