Subject: [PATCH] ci: test Zarr integration on native Linux ARM64

Add one pinned Zarr 3.1.6 integration case on the native ARM64 runner already used by core tests. Preserve the existing three x64 cases and all test commands. Closes #876.

Validation: actionlint and git diff --check passed; matrix semantics, unchanged steps/defaults and preservation of other jobs checked. No local codec builds or test suites rerun; hosted CI must exercise native Linux ARM64.
