Cannot install any app after reenable devmode

Bug Description

Cannot install any app after reenable dev mode. Tried on Windows and android app.

Reproduction Steps

1. Enable devmode
2. Install apps
3. Dev mode expired and disable
4. Enable devmode again
5. try to install ap
6. Failed to install any app (infinte progress bar)

Working workaround:
install from shell
curl -L https://raw.githubusercontent.com/webosbrew/webos-homebrew-channel/main/tools/install.sh | sh -

Expected Behavior

App should be instaled.

Indeed it seems that the dev manager is not installing anything anymore after reenable dev mode. Thank you for the workaround !

I have the same issue here, webOS 3.9 on a smartTV from 2018.
First time in dev mode it worked, I can install app from the store or local IPK file. Next times, it always fail.
I tested from 1.13.0 to 1.99.19, both as .deb files and AppImage on Debian 13 Linux, same results.

The upload bar is stuck at beginning, them after a while give error.

I tryed also to remove and reinstall Dev manager, and also to remove Developer Mode app from the TV, the reinstall it and relogin. Some results.
