Describe the bug

I'm using Vite, DevTools, and Nitro, and when I try to enter the OTP code, it never validates. It takes a long time to load for validation, but it never happens. When I use a magic link, it regenerates after reload page, and this happens very frequently, and the logs don't show anything.
