DeviceID() hangs the Tiny2350 board

I tried using the machine.DeviceID() on the tiny-2350 target and the board hung indefinitely.

The RP2350 uses the RP2040's QSPI code for manipulating flash CS -

RP2350 uses a QMI peripheral, rather than the older SSI on RP2040.
