Move Paperclip Adapter into extension

Paperclip is deprecated and unsupported, with ActiveStorage being the recommended substitute.
Although some shops won't have issues in the short term, they will eventually face problems when updating the stack since Paperclip does not support newer versions of Ruby and Rails.
Our major concern is providing users with a solid migration path; however, we cannot see a zero-effort migration.

Just for reference, we have already done it in the past.

It's not so straightforward as mentioned in the documentation, especially, when different services S3, imgix etc.. are involved.

@ashgaliyev, the link is not available anymore, but in the meanwhile, I found a really interesting article talking about the migration from paperclip to activestorage, and this approach looks way better than the other.

Moving the current adapter into an extension is probably what we want to do next
