Could not find Linux zip download URL

Looks like the watchman repository doesn't always define the release files.
The latest release for watchman doesn't contain the the Linux binaries.

Latest:
https://api.github.com/repos/facebook/watchman/releases/latest

Release at the time of error:
https://api.github.com/repos/facebook/watchman/releases/294751922

I am having the same issue with this devcontainer image:
mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/typescript-node:4.0.1-24-bookworm.

On a arm64 host (M2 Mac).

Easiest would be to just fish out the url with jq:
DOWNLOAD_URL=$(curl -sL https://api.github.com/repos/facebook/watchman/releases | jq -r '[.[].assets[].browser_download_url | select(endswith("linux.zip"))][0]')
