Sync Scribe Theme with System Theme Changes

Description

Currently, Scribe maintains its own theme setting and does not automatically update when the device's system theme changes
So basicaly I want Scribe to automatically sync its theme with the system theme, so the app switches between Light and Dark mode whenever the device theme changes.

@andrewtavis this was an idea @Roniscend where we would have the app follow the system theme as a sub setting or an option within the settings.
