[Feature]: Multi selection feature for standby apps.

Problem Statement

Some people may only need to set a group of apps to very restricted or soft standby depending on their need such as long journey and stuff to save battery.

So it's not convenient to enable, disable, change the type of restrictive mode one by one when needed.

Proposed Solution

So if possible kindly implement these feature suggestions as u see fit.

Ability to group different sets of app and enable disable standby mode for all app within that group at once and also able change their restrictive mode at once.
multiple groups should be supported.

And ability to select multiple apps but without grouping them we should be able to turn on /off standby mode for the selected apps and also change the restrictive mode for the selected apps.
(That is like we select multiple files in file manager and delete, copy em.
Grouping = like a folder, this is just select function)

By restrictive mode what I meant is = Active, Working set, Frequent, Rare, Restricted.

And also the import export feature so we can import and export each group, their set mode etc.
