No Longer Free Books

I have noticed that some books listed are no longer free to read. Is it OK to still have them on the list?
The books are :

• Learn Python the Hard Way - After the author, Zed Shaw decided to migrate to Python 3, the book is no longer free and a message will be greeted half way suggesting to purchase the book
• 20 Python Libraries You Aren't Using (But Should) - Safari Books Requires a Free Trial Registration.
