Rebuild dist/ for npm_and_yarn group bump

Dependabot updates package-lock.json but does not regenerate the
committed ncc bundle, so check-dist failed. Rebuilt with `npm run
prepare` to pick up brace-expansion 1.1.18 and undici 6.28.0.
