Rule 7 needs to be updated in next release, if response status code for empty collections is changed in next release. 5.0.0.
The response will then have an empty array.

Rule 7 - Array MUST be defined to have at least one element

When papiNet defines a property of type array, papiNet ALWAYS means that this array MUST have at least one element; therefore the constraint minItems: 1 will always be added.

Exception:
Responses with empty collections having HTTP status code 200 OK MUST have an items array with constraint minItems: 0.
