Crop the IntelliJ settings screenshot to its content

The window was mostly empty space to the right of the settings and below the
tree, so the page scaled the whole 2000-pixel shot down to column width and
its text came out small. Cropped to 1130x910, it now shows at its own size,
as sharp as in the IDE. Re-encoded losslessly with the colour profile kept.
