Say that IntelliJ IDEA runs the native binary when the build does

With openjavaformat.native.formatter=true the Gradle plugin writes the
path of the native binary into .idea/open-java-format.xml, and the IDE
plugin then runs that binary rather than a JVM on the IDE's runtime. The
page only mentioned the IDE's runtime.
