+# Mobility Status Report by District 
+
+> Count of patients per district by their latest mobility status (Bedbound / Homebound / Independently Active)
+
+## Purpose
+
+For each patient, find the **most recent** answer to the mobility-status question and pivot the counts by the patient's district. 
+
