ADR-0087 exemption (no-migration-prescription): No key of any schema is added, removed, renamed or re-shaped and no stored metadata changes: a read door now answers the refusal the package-less save and delete already answer for the same rows, with the same code, status and holder list. The remedy is the request's (name the package with ?package=), so there is nothing for a migration to rewrite and no tombstone.
