Critical System Deadlock / No CMD or Recovery Environment Access on Tiny11 #613

Dear NTDev,
I hope you are doing well.
My name is Chandrashekhar. I have been a long-time user of Tiny10, and based on that great experience, I recently decided to switch to Tiny11.
However, right after switching, I ran into a severe issue that has left my system completely deadlocked. I am currently locked out and entirely unable to use my computer. The system is throwing a persistent error that says: "The Required domain does not exist…" (or a closely related domain/account access error).
Because of this deadlock, I cannot access the desktop or any basic system utilities. To make matters worse:
1 No Recovery Environment (WinRE): Since Tiny11 is stripped down for optimization, the standard Windows Recovery Environment seems to be completely removed, so I cannot boot into safe mode or repair options from there.
2 USB Ports / Bootable Drive Issue: I tried using a bootable USB drive to repair or re-install, but my USB ports are suddenly not responding or detecting the drive in this state.
I have highly important and critical data on this machine that I cannot afford to lose.
Could you please assist or guide me on how I can at least access the Command Prompt (CMD) from this locked state? If there is any workaround, registry bypass, or specific key combination during boot that still works in this build, or how can I get into CMD to get into my system I am a student and also developer. I have important right on this machine please let me know.
I would highly appreciate your urgent cooperation and guidance on this.
Thank you for your time and for your amazing work on these projects.
Best regards,
Chandrashekhar
