In trimmed win 11 image do you think we still need Chris Titus Tech's Windows Utility to optimize windows further ?

I did tried chris tool and it is pretty awesome and i will soon try this project generated win 11 image, so was curious to know if chris tool will make trimmed image better or there is no need to use it
