Request: Ability to delete snapshots using semver ranges

I tend to collect a lot of crufty old snapshots and would like to take the axe to them. I cannot realistically imagine myself going one by one on the webops page, similarly cannot even conceive of doing it via the CLI in its current state.

I suggest that jitsu snapshot delete <appname> [semver-range] be supported.

That's a good one, would be cool to add a range parameter to list and maybe fetch too.
