Persist and display recently used directories in file picker

Navigating deep folder hierarchies in the file picker is repetitive and time-consuming. Currently, every time the file picker opens, users must manually click through the entire folder structure to reach their desired location—even if they just uploaded to or selected from that same directory moments ago.

Describe the solution you'd like
The file picker should track and remember recently accessed or uploaded-to directories. It should provide quick access to these paths so users can jump to high-frequency folders in a single click without manually navigating the folder tree.
