[Bug]: Dropdown options are unreadable in dark theme

What happened?

In dark theme, the dropdown menu in Settings uses a white background while some option text is also very light.

This makes several options difficult or impossible to read.

I noticed this in:
Settings → Providers →

Tray display → Menu bar and floating bar metric

The selected field itself looks correct, but after opening the dropdown, the popup does not follow the application's dark theme.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Win-CodexBar.
2. Use the dark theme.
3. Go to Settings → Providers
4. Scroll to Tray display → Menu bar and floating bar metric.
5. Open the dropdown.
6. The dropdown appears with a white background and low-contrast text.
