[BUG] Waybar software update prompt statistics are inaccurate

Describe the bug

No more updates are available, but it still prompts for an update, and the statistics do not reset after updating.

Steps to reproduce

1. Receive update prompt
2. Update
3. No change after update statistics

Can correctly count
