Coverage and performance log timestamp don't match

Seem logs created either at start and end of a run so log time don't match. might be good to either have hash id per run or match sure time stamps are the same.

Thanks for flagging. At the moment, the timestamps themselves haven't been critically important per my feedback loop, so I'll note this, but may let it sit for a little while.
