Context-engineering effort: three candidate inputs + re-inventory note from the unknowns integration #3593

Description

@kyle-sexton

The finding-your-unknowns integration (PR #3592, ADR 0025) rerouted its context-engineering material to the incumbent effort recorded in ADR 0004 rather than a parallel lane. That effort's contract slice (docs/topics/context-engineering-claude-5/) graduated in the topic-docs v3 wave, so the candidate inputs the sign-off had earmarked for its PLAN land here instead:

  • skill-quality genericness check candidate — a check asking "could this skill body be pasted into any repo unchanged?", for skill-quality:check (which owns the static contract gate). Resolution belongs to that effort's check-design work, not the integration that recorded it.
  • audit-instructions I29 widening candidate — extend the restatement families (I29-a description-restatement / I29-b sibling-recoverable, restatement-scan.py) with the companion article's repetition-myth duplication lens.
  • claude-memory /doctor cross-ref candidate — a cross-ref against that effort's /doctor prerequisite contract (its checks-and-sweep design owned absence classification and coverage disclosure).

Re-inventory note carried over: any sweep that recorded surface counts before 2026-09-01 is stale relative to the unknowns waves landed by PR #3592 (contract lines across eight plugins) and should re-inventory current state rather than trusting recorded counts. That PR touches none of the effort's audit-instructions criteria surfaces.
