Bind native text and restore task flows for Linux execution

Bind KL-034 and KL-042 to original authenticated normal/scalar native discovery while preserving the other ten strict task objects and the KL-036 census. Include all current owner website changes and canonical SDK formatting.

Local full solution Release build and full formatter passed. Original local unit run retained 16 passed and 15 failed; canonical-temp ANN diagnostic run retained 13 passed and 1 failed. No task acceptance or coverage promotion; exact delivered-source Linux, recovery and RF3 gates remain open.
