No Password in user creation.

I was just wondering why there is no password in the user creation process. I was trying to set a password after the user had been created and it complains about it being a duplicate definition. I'm just trying to figure out a good why of setting the password for the sonar user.

we'd need to add a if !defined(User[$user]) to the plugin so it won't duplicate the user definition in case it's managed somewhere else
