Kernel upgrade to 7.0.0.28 breaks virtualbox

Describe the bug
After upgrade Linux Mint 22.3 from Kernel 6.17 to 7.0.0.28 I get an error log while upgrading and cannot run Virtualbox 7.0.16 anymore. Upgrading Virtualbox to 7.2 would resolve the kernel problem, but it asks for other dependencies that tied to Ubuntu 24.04 and cannot be resolved. ALso Virtualbox 7.1 encounters the same.
I cannot use Virtualbox anymore as long I stay on the new kernel

-I installed Virtualbox versions via "Appy" and check with the developer if that could be the problem source but he denied. The app helps managing 3rd party repos.

The Appy Developer is Tony Gorge at [Tee jeetech [at] gmail.com], in case this would help. But it's probably rather a mint/ubuntu vs Virtualbox thingy..

Ah! this is also about the same problem- linuxmint/linuxmint#896 kind of. Could be merged with that one- they didn't report the problem with the dependency libraries.
