• ✅ Created GitHub issue structure (Epic + 9 children)
• ✅ Committed planning files to develop
• ✅ PR docs(standards): Agent & Skills Standards Comprehensive Documentation - Batch 1 #1251 merged to develop

Phase 2: Enhancement (IN PROGRESS)

• ⏳ Add 2-3+ Mermaid diagrams per document (Issues Agent Design & Folder Structure #1262-AI Model & Runner References #1270)
• ⏳ Add real-world examples from repo files
• ⏳ Incorporate awesome-copilot patterns
• ⏳ Add cross-reference sections
• Track progress in Issue Phase 2: Enhance 9 agent standards documentation with diagrams, examples, and cross-references #1304

Phase 3: Merge & Validation (PENDING)

• ⏳ Resolve any CI blockers
• ⏳ Merge Phase 2 enhancements to develop
• ⏳ Update AGENTS.md with standardization references
