In case a tenant has an aviate catalog, clicking the "Delete Catalog" button in Kaui has no effect. This might be confusing for users. In order to avoid confusion, the "Delete Catalog" button should be disabled for aviate catalog. We should also display a message on mouse over that states something like "Aviate catalog cannot be deleted".
