needs documentation: Display server versions in Connect dialog

#3416 was closed with a "needs documentation" tag that's not been removed.

I guess the documentation might be for developers, and might describe how the default versioning works (with the MD5 chunk, with -dirty, maybe -git or other scenarios) and how it can be changed to a different string/version scheme. Could maybe be a code comment.

It needs new screenshots in all languages. "Needs documentation" means a change is needed under jamulussoftware/jamuluswebsite for Jamulus users to read in conjunction with the software they're using.
