hideKeyboardAccessoryBar not working in ionic 3

Hi,
I am developing hybrid app using ionic 3 and I want to hide keyboard accessory bar, but its not working at all.

I am using following plugin

1. ionic cordova plugin add ionic-plugin-keyboard
2. npm install --save @ionic-native/keyboard

The method mentioned in ionic documentation is not working, what I tried is as below

In app.component.ts file I have added

ngOnInit() {
    this.platform.ready().then(() => {
      this.keyboard.hideKeyboardAccessoryBar(true);
    });
  }

What I am doing wrong? please let me know

My Ionic info is as follows
