Add canonical parse-AST artifacts (expected.json) alongside each .k9.ncl fixture and broaden coverage.

expected.json per fixture capturing the canonical parsed AST.
- Expand
conformance/invalid with further leash / pedigree / signature edge cases.
- Keep
conformance/manifest.a2ml in sync (positive fixtures carry their leash).
