New event with start date and end date today are not active due to time #146

Reproduce:

Create an event with today as the start date and the end date
Go back to events page
Not shown in the user or org events

Since the time associated with the event is now, it will be in the past. Maybe not a bug if user is able to set the time along with date for start and end date.
