To try it locally:
Bash
cd prioritization-tool
npm run dev
Then open http://localhost:5173 and paste in your PAT. The tool caches issues for 5 minutes and lets you assign local theme tags that persist in your browser.
For the labeling convention to work well, you'll want to add labels like roadmap:Q3-2026, in-progress, planned, and theme labels (budget, copilot, etc.) to your repos. The triage view lets you manually categorize anything that doesn't have labels yet.
sorry where on my local is this located
The app is at:
Plain text
/Users/hollykassel/copilot-worktrees/billing-projects/holly-kassel-vigilant-happiness/prioritization-tool/
To run it:
Bash
cd /Users/hollykassel/copilot-worktrees/billing-projects/holly-kassel-vigilant-happiness/prioritization-tool
npm run dev
That will start a local dev server at http://localhost:5173.
